- Understand when ordering there is a processing time, which will start 24 hours  after your purchase or the next business day which doesn't include weekends. 

- Processing time is between 3-7 business days not including weekends.

- Processing time for on hand items : 3-7 business days + 1-3 days for shipping 

- Processing time for Preordered items : 4-14 days + 1-3 days for shipping 

- Once orders are shipped they are no longer in our control. Please contact your local post office for issues regarding your order.
